Senior Care Program
Our senior care program focuses on a variety of things such as our Senior Food Pantry which is held weekly, every Tuesday from 11am to 3pm at PJ's Place. That is located at 2192 S. 13000 E. Rd, Pembroke Township, IL 60958. We also provide additional services such as door to door food delivery for homebound seniors in the area, we conduct weekly wellness-checks for our seniors, and also have a Senior Edge personalized digital training instruction for Tablets and their use which we are extremely proud to offer. Providing Hope through Outreach programs
We understand that it is our duty to assist and provide hope in different outreach assistance. We offer a job preparation service in which our team will assist in writing a resume, work with how to conduct yourself in an interview for employment, assist in how to dress for success, and even help with job placement as much as possible. Providing Hope is something we strongly believe in!
Family Enrichment Programs
Our goal with our family enrichment program is to provide encouragement for the restoration of the family. On top of that, we help with Financial Budget classes, food and meals, mentoring boys to men, a safe haven for youth, remote e-learning, single parenting classes, utility assistance, transportation, clothing, and even laundry assistance. Helping enrich a family in as many ways as possible to bring happiness and wellness to all is a great focus of our team.
